In 2006, Kate graduated from Griffith University in Brisbane in Laws (Hons) and International Business.

After working in a legal team in a federal department for almost two years, Kate was admitted to practice in June 2008 and joined Trinity Law in August 2008.

Kate practices in the Dispute Resolution team and her work includes the following areas of law:

• Contract disputes including construction disputes
• Disputes relating to the Trade Practices Act 1974
• Debt Recovery
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy
